Background

Dennis J. DaRos, the owner and principal consultant of Great Island Consulting, brings more than 35 years of business and organizational experience to his clients. With successful careers in education as a faculty member and college administrator, as well as an Executive with a Fortune 100 Company Dennis has developed a stellar reputation as a highly respected consultant collaborating with clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Dennis has led large scale change efforts, as well as targeted interventions in many sectors, including manufacturing, finance, sales and marketing, city government and education. Whether he is working with a small non-profit or global enterprise he consistently delivers results.

Dennis has a BA from Marist University and an MA in Psychology and Counseling from Assumption University. He has furthered his education by obtaining numerous CEU credits and certificates focusing on coaching from the Gestalt International Study Center. For a number of years, he served as Vice President of the Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group before developing his consulting firm.
