For over 25 years I have been the primary practitioner and owner of Great Island Consulting. Currently I am transitioning from an Organization Development and Strategic Culture Change practice to focus on coaching teams and individuals serving clients in large and medium sized organizations, as well as small businesses, and the education sector.

What I Do

  • Provide practical, “real-world,” 1:1 coaching to clients interested in accelerating their personal and professional development to become extraordinary leaders.
  • Help leaders create the kind of teams necessary to achieve superior results by leveraging diverse perspectives, building a culture of ownership, trust, and collaboration.
  • Selecting from a wide variety of proven frameworks those that will rapidly build effective teams and outstanding personal leadership.
  • Where possible, utilize direct observation of individuals or teams in their work environment providing “in the moment feedback” that is evidence based.
